Sales / Sourcing Engineer (Oil & Gas Sector) Required in Kuwait

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales / Sourcing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess proven tendering experience with KOC and KNPC and have a strong background in sales, sourcing, procurement, and supply chain activities within Kuwait's Oil & Gas sector.

The Sales / Sourcing Engineer will be responsible for managing sales opportunities, sourcing materials, handling procurement activities, coordinating logistics, and supporting tendering processes for Oil & Gas projects. The role requires strong commercial, technical, and negotiation skills to ensure the timely and cost-effective supply of materials and services while maximizing value for both clients and the company.

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector
• Prepare and manage tender submissions for KOC, KNPC, and other major clients
• Review RFQs, tender specifications, and commercial requirements
• Develop competitive commercial and technical proposals

• Source materials, equipment, and services from local and international suppliers
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, quality standards, and pricing
• Obtain quotations and perform commercial comparisons
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules

• Coordinate procurement, logistics, and delivery activities
• Ensure timely supply of materials according to project requirements
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery commitments
• Resolve supply chain and procurement challenges efficiently

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and management teams
• Provide technical and commercial support during project execution
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery

 Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mandatory)

 Proven experience in Sales, Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management

 Strong tendering experience within Kuwait's Oil & Gas sector

 Demonstrated experience working with:

• KOC (Kuwait Oil Company)
• KNPC (Kuwait National Petroleum Company)

 Strong knowledge of:

• Tendering procedures
• Procurement processes
• Supplier sourcing and evaluation
• Contract negotiation
• Logistics coordination

 Excellent commercial and technical understanding

 Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

 Proven track record of successful KOC and KNPC tender participation

 Experience in Oil & Gas materials sourcing and procurement

 Knowledge of Kuwait's industrial and energy sectors

 Strong supplier network within the GCC region

 Experience with ERP and procurement management systems
