Job Responsibilities- Monitor and manage daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with production teams to improve efficiency.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
- Prepare production reports and maintain operational records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in production engineering.
- Experience in the glass manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
