Procurement & Logistics Manager (Oil & Gas) needed in Kuwait

Location: Kuwait

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Procurement & Logistics Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a strong background in oil and gas projects, capable of managing procurement strategies and logistics operations efficiently.

As a Procurement & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing all procurement and logistics activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials, services, and equipment while maintaining high quality standards.

• Oversee and manage end-to-end procurement and logistics operations
• Identify and evaluate suppliers and vendors, ensuring reliability and performance
• Lead contract negotiations, including pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services
• Monitor supply chain performance and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency
• Manage procurement and logistics staff and provide leadership support
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
• Proven experience in procurement and logistics management within the oil & gas industry
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management and vendor coordination
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
