We are currently looking for a highly experienced and qualified CP Site Manager to join our team for Oil & Gas operations in Kuwait.
This is a senior-level role requiring extensive expertise in Cathodic Protection (CP) systems, corrosion control, and team supervision.

Position:CP Site Manager
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Engineering (any discipline) or equivalent
- Certification through AMPP / NACE with minimum CP Level 4 (or equivalent)
- Minimum 15 years of experience in CP activities within the Oil & Gas industry
- At least 5 years of experience in supervising corrosion or CP personnel
- Strong knowledge of cathodic protection systems, corrosion analysis, and inspections
- Excellent leadership, reporting, and communication skills
- Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Lead and supervise all CP-related project activities
- Coordinate with site teams and report to the Superintendent’s Representative
- Prepare detailed reports, including:
- Corrosion failure analysis
- Root cause identification
- Recommendations for corrective actions
- Plan and lead:
- Corrosion surveys
- Inspection programs
- Testing activities
- Analyze data and recommend improvements to CP system performance
- Develop and implement:
- Preventive maintenance programs
- Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure proper application of CP equipment, techniques, and technologies
- Stay updated and apply new technologies in CP systems
- Ensure compliance with:
- Industry standards
- Codes and regulations
- Reporting procedures
- Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to:
- Technicians
- Corrosion engineers
- Junior staff
