Call Center Agent Required in Kuwait

Location: Kuwait City, Qibla

MD Clinic is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team and become the voice of our patient experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and delivering excellent service in a healthcare environment.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Assist patients with appointments, inquiries, and service information
• Provide accurate and timely support to ensure a positive patient experience
• Maintain proper records of calls and interactions
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve patient concerns

• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred
• Ability to handle patients in a professional and empathetic manner
• Ready to join immediately (preferred)
