We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our growing laundry pickup & delivery service team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and ensuring smooth service operations.

• Answer customer calls and WhatsApp messages professionally
• Receive and process laundry pickup and delivery orders
• Coordinate with drivers and operations teams for efficient service
• Follow up with customers regarding order status, complaints, and requests
• Enter customer data and order details accurately into the system
• Resolve customer issues politely and efficiently
• Support the team in improving customer satisfaction and increasing order volume

• Arabic language is mandatory
• Good command of English
• Previous experience in call center or customer service is preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available for onsite work in Shuwaikh
• Flexible to work day or night shifts
• Experience in laundry, delivery, or service industry is an advantage

• Shift Duration: 10 hours per day
• Rotational shifts: Day or night
• Days Off: 2 days per month (rotational)

• Strict adherence to attendance and shift schedules
• High accuracy in order processing with minimal errors
• Professional and respectful customer interaction
• Fast response time for calls and messages
• Full compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards

• Base Salary + Commission
• Commission based on performance and order targets
• Final package discussed based on experience
