Call Center Agent (Male/Female)

Requirements
  • Male or Female candidates
  • Preferred nationalities:
    • Jordanian
    • Syrian
    • Lebanese
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Previous call center experience is an advantage
  • Good command of:
    • Arabic
    • English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Professional attitude with problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Resolve customer concerns and maintain high service standards
  • Record and update customer information in the system
  • Follow company communication procedures and policies
  • Achieve customer satisfaction and performance targets
