Location: Kuwait
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize our logistics and delivery operations. This role is ideal for a strategic professional with strong leadership capabilities and deep knowledge of GCC logistics and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage daily delivery operations and last-mile logistics
- Lead, supervise, and monitor drivers, fleet operations, and performance metrics
- Coordinate local and GCC logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
- Develop and implement strategies for operational growth and regional expansion
- Manage relationships with local and international logistics partners and carriers
- Oversee warehouse and distribution processes
- Identify and implement improvements for efficiency, service quality, and cost control
- Ensure seamless coordination across supply chain, logistics, and operations teams
- Proven experience in operations and logistics management
- Strong knowledge of GCC logistics and transportation networks
- Experience managing delivery operations, drivers, and distribution teams
- Background in both local and international logistics operations
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
- Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait
