We are looking for a qualified and vigilant Lifeguard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of swimmers, enforcing pool regulations, and providing emergency assistance when required.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise swimming activities and ensure the safety of all pool users
- Enforce pool rules, safety guidelines, and operational procedures
- Monitor swimmers and identify potential hazards or unsafe behavior
- Warn swimmers of dangerous activities and take preventive action
- Respond quickly to emergencies, perform water rescues, and administer CPR when necessary
- Provide first aid and emergency medical assistance when required
- Evaluate pool conditions and initiate emergency action plans as needed
- Inspect pool facilities, equipment, and water conditions to ensure safety and usability
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness of swimming pools and surrounding facilities
- Prepare incident reports and maintain safety records
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lifeguard
Valid Lifeguard Certification (mandatory)
Valid CPR Certification for Professional Rescuers (or equivalent)
Valid Standard First Aid Certification (or equivalent)
Excellent swimming skills and comfort in various water conditions
Knowledge of emergency response procedures and on-site medical assistance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact professionally with people from different nationalities and age groups
Physically fit, alert, and capable of responding quickly in emergencies
Willing to work on rotating shifts
Transferable Visa (Article 18)
