Employment Type: Full-Time
A leading travel agency in Kuwait is looking for experienced and customer-focused Ticketing Staff to join our branch offices. We are seeking professionals with a strong background in airline ticketing and travel agency operations.
Key Responsibilities- Handle airline reservations, ticket bookings, cancellations, and reissuances
- Provide customers with travel information, fare options, and itinerary planning
- Process domestic and international ticketing requests accurately
- Assist customers with travel-related inquiries and documentation requirements
- Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and customers to ensure smooth travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer information
- Deliver excellent customer service and support
Previous experience in a travel agency is mandatory
Strong knowledge of:
- Airline ticketing procedures
- Reservation systems
- Fare calculations and itinerary planning
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
Preferred Skills- Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
- Knowledge of visa and travel documentation requirements
- Ability to handle corporate and leisure travel bookings
