Procurement Specialist Required in Kuwait

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong negotiation, sourcing, and vendor management skills who can contribute to improving procurement efficiency and supporting business operations.

Procurement Specialist (Female candidates preferred)

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
• Obtain competitive quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance
• Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Analyze purchasing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements

 Female candidates preferred

 Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in procurement or purchasing

 Strong skills in:

• Negotiation
• Vendor Management
• Cost Analysis
• Procurement Planning

 Excellent communication and organizational abilities

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

 Must be available for immediate joining

• Experience working with procurement software or ERP systems
• Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management processes
• Background in retail, trading, FMCG, construction, or related industries is an advantage
