We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Jewelry Workshop Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in gold & silver jewelry manufacturing operations.

Jewelry Workshop Manager

The Workshop Manager will oversee daily workshop operations, supervise craftsmen and technicians, ensure product quality, and coordinate production activities to guarantee timely and accurate order completion.

• Manage and supervise daily jewelry workshop operations
• Lead and organize teams of:
  • Gold craftsmen
  • Silver craftsmen
  • Jewelry technicians
• Ensure high standards of:
  • Jewelry manufacturing
  • Finishing
  • Quality control
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders
• Follow up on envelopes/jobs received from the showroom and ensure accurate execution
• Coordinate efficiently between:
  • Workshop team
  • Sales/showroom team
• Control material usage and minimize production waste
• Maintain accountability for tools, materials, and finished products
• Ensure compliance with:
  • Company procedures
  • Safety standards
  • Quality standards

• Proven experience as a:
  • Workshop Manager
  • Senior Supervisor
    in gold & silver jewelry manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of jewelry production processes including:
  • Casting
  • Stone setting
  • Polishing
  • Finishing
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and product quality
• Honest, reliable, and highly organized personality
• Good communication and coordination abilities
