Hiring Storekeeper and Assistant Storekeeper to manage inventory and billing for a busy food distribution operation. Only candidates with prior hands‑on experience in stock control, billing, and transfers should apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesData entry for stock receipts, issues, and inventory records.
Local order billing and processing customer invoices.
Hypermarket billing and coordination with retail partners.
Stock transfer between warehouses and outlets.
Inventory management including cycle counts, reconciliation, and reporting.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure stock availability and timely dispatch.
Proven experience in storekeeping or inventory roles with the tasks listed above.
Strong computer skills and accuracy in data entry.
Familiarity with billing systems used for local orders and hypermarket invoicing.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
Language: Arabic or English communication skills preferred.
