We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to join our team in Kuwait. This is a senior-level role suited for candidates with extensive local experience and strong financial leadership capabilities.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Kuwait (mandatory)
• Strong background in financial management, reporting, and compliance
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Excellent knowledge of local financial regulations and accounting standards
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• High attention to detail and analytical ability
• Transferable Visa 18 (mandatory)
• Preferred: Male candidates
• Immediate joiners preferred

• Manage and oversee company financial operations
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and financial policies
• Lead and support the finance team to achieve organizational goals
• Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and cost control measures
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management
