Senior Executive Human Resources required in Kuwait

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive – Human Resources to join our team. This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional who can lead HR operations, foster a positive workplace culture, and align HR practices with organizational goals.

The Senior Executive – HR will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including policy development, employee relations, and compliance. You will work closely with leadership to enhance workforce engagement, support business objectives, and drive organizational growth.

• Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies
• Handle employee relations and promote a positive work environment
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• Support talent development, retention, and performance management initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and policy development
• Experience in hospitality, F&B, or multi-site operations is an advantage
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
