Senior Engineer Hiring in Kuwait

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Engineer – Precast to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive expertise in precast construction and manufacturing, capable of leading production operations, coordinating design activities, and ensuring successful project execution.

The Senior Engineer – Precast will be responsible for overseeing precast production, managing design coordination, supporting site execution, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Oversee daily precast production operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety
• Coordinate with design, planning, production, and site teams for seamless project execution
• Review and approve:
  • Shop drawings
  • Structural drawings
  • Casting schedules and production plans
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of precast elements
• Manage project resources, materials, and cost control measures
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and HSE regulations
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, supervisors, and production teams
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost optimization
• Resolve technical challenges related to precast manufacturing and installation

 Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering

 Minimum 8–15 years of experience in:

• Precast construction
• Precast manufacturing
• Structural concrete projects

 Strong knowledge of:

• Precast systems and components
• Reinforcement detailing
• Mold and formwork systems
• Concrete technology
• Production and erection processes

 Experience in:

• Shop drawing review
• Design coordination
• Production planning
• Site execution

 Familiarity with international standards and codes:

• ACI
• BS Standards
• Eurocodes

 Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• Tekla Structures (advantage)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Project planning and reporting tools

 Experience in large-scale precast projects such as:

• Infrastructure projects
• Commercial developments
• Industrial facilities

 GCC project experience preferred

 PMP Certification or equivalent project management qualification is a plus
