Civil QC Engineer / Civil QC Inspector Required in Kuwait

Project Type: Substation Construction Projects
We are currently seeking experienced and qualified Civil QC Engineers and Civil QC Inspectors to join our team for ongoing projects in Kuwait. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in civil quality assurance and quality control within major industrial and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Perform civil construction inspections in accordance with approved procedures, specifications, and quality standards
- Conduct material receiving inspections and maintain accurate inspection records
- Prepare, review, and manage QA/QC documentation
- Coordinate inspection activities with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams
- Monitor compliance with project specifications and quality requirements
- Prepare and maintain:
- Inspection Requests (IRs)
- QA/QC reports
- Quality records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with KNPC/KOC quality standards and project requirements
- Support corrective and preventive actions related to quality issues
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Civil QA/QC activities
Experience in KNPC and/or KOC projects is highly preferred
Strong experience in Substation Construction Projects
Sound knowledge of:
- Site Inspection and Testing
- Material Inspection and Approval
- Quality Control Documentation
- Inspection Requests (IRs)
- QA/QC Reports and Records
Familiarity with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
Ability to work effectively with project teams and clients
Preferred Qualifications- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience working on oil & gas, utilities, or infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of civil testing procedures and quality management systems
- Strong documentation and auditing skills
