Role Overview

Experienced Quality Control Staff required to ensure food safety, product quality, and regulatory compliance across production and packaging processes. The role involves routine inspections, testing, documentation, and close coordination with production and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality inspections across raw materials, in‑process production, and finished goods.

• Perform sampling and basic laboratory tests (microbiological, physical, sensory) according to SOPs.

• Monitor critical control points and ensure HACCP procedures are followed.

• Maintain accurate quality records including test results, non‑conformance reports, and corrective actions.

• Support internal and external audits and implement audit corrective actions.

• Coordinate with production and stores to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.

• Verify labeling, packaging, and traceability to meet regulatory and company standards.

• Train production staff on hygiene, GMP, and quality procedures when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality control within the food industry — experience is mandatory.

• Relevant qualification in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field preferred.

• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and local food safety regulations.

• Strong attention to detail and good record‑keeping skills.

• Ability to perform basic lab tests and interpret results.

• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Holding a transferable residency visa is required by the employer.

• Willingness to work shifts and be available for production audits and inspections.
