Key Responsibilities

• Manage execution of indoor substation works up to 400 kV.

• Coordinate installation testing and commissioning with contractors, suppliers, and site teams.

• Ensure compliance with contract specifications, safety standards, and project procedures.

• Oversee supplier and vendor interactions including technical clarifications and delivery follow up.

• Control project schedules and deliverables to meet milestones and contractual obligations.

• Prepare and review technical documentation and support invoicing and progress claims.

• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to resolve technical and commercial issues.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Engineering degree in Electrical.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in execution of high‑voltage substation projects.

• Proven experience with installation testing and commissioning of substation equipment.

• Strong knowledge of project controls including scheduling, quality, and invoicing.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and lead multidisciplinary teams.

• Proactive, organized, and detail oriented.
