Electrical and Civil Supervisor job in Kuwait (Urgent Hiring)

Location: Kuwait
Availability: Immediate joiners with transferable visa preferred

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in electrical construction, preferably Oil & Gas or industrial projects.
Core skills: cable laying, termination, testing, electrical equipment installation, site team leadership.
Client coordination: Experience working with KOC/MEW or similar clients and ensuring QA/QC and HSE compliance.
Advantage: KOC PTW approval.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in civil construction, preferably Oil & Gas, substation, or industrial projects.
Core skills: concrete works, structural works, excavation, foundations, finishing activities, site team leadership.
Client coordination: Experience with KOC/MEW or similar clients and ensuring QA/QC and HSE compliance.
Advantage: KOC PTW approval.

• Lead and supervise site teams including electricians, masons, steel fixers, welders, technicians, and subcontractors.

• Plan, monitor, and deliver assigned scopes on time and within quality standards.

• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders (KOC/MEW) for approvals, inspections, and compliance.

• Enforce QA/QC and HSE procedures and ensure safe work practices on site.

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, work permits, and handover documentation.

• Manage materials, manpower, and subcontractor performance.

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant site supervision experience in the specified discipline.

• Proven leadership and ability to manage multi‑trade site teams.

• Strong knowledge of QA/QC and HSE standards applicable to Oil & Gas and industrial projects.

• Experience coordinating with KOC/MEW or similar clients is required.

• Valid transferable residency visa in Kuwait.

• Available to join immediately.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Updated CV with detailed project experience and dates.

• Experience certificates from previous employers showing relevant Oil & Gas or industrial work.

• Copy of passport and residency/visa.

• Relevant certifications (safety, trade, permits) if available.
