• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant subject specialization
• Proven teaching experience in the respective subject area
• Excellent command of spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills
• Ability to create an interactive and student-centered learning environment
• Passion for education, innovation, and student development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and technology integration (especially for AI & Robotics role)

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons according to curriculum standards
