Train and supervise kitchen staff and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
Control food cost and manage inventory and supplier relationships.
Requirements
Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
Strong technical skills in chocolate tempering, cake decoration, and savory production.
Leadership experience managing a production team.
Knowledge of food safety and Baladiya requirements.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
