Role Summary

Experienced Multimedia Specialist to manage end‑to‑end media production for corporate and marketing projects. The role covers camera operation, lighting and audio setup, crew coordination, post‑production editing, and aerial filming using drones.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video productions from preproduction through delivery.

• Operate 4K cameras and professional lighting and audio equipment.

• Set up and manage on‑site audio and lighting for interviews, events, and shoots.

• Coordinate production crews and schedules and manage logistics on location.

• Edit and deliver high‑quality video content including color grading, sound mixing, and motion graphics.

• Operate drones for aerial cinematography and ensure compliance with local regulations.

• Maintain and manage equipment inventory and ensure proper care and calibration.

• Work with marketing and communications teams to meet brand and campaign objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma in Multimedia, Media Production, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ hands‑on experience in video production and post‑production.

• Proven skills with 4K cameras, lighting rigs, and professional audio gear.

• Proficiency in editing and post‑production software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).

• Experience operating drones and knowledge of aerial filming best practices.

• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating production and editing work.

• Currently residing in Kuwait (local hiring).

• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate teams and vendors.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience producing corporate, commercial, or branded content.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Basic motion graphics and color grading expertise.

• Familiarity with broadcast standards and file delivery specifications.
