Microsoft Excel Specialist – Immediate Hiring

l Khalaf Contracting Co. W.L.L. is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Excel Specialist to join a project assignment in Kuwait. This role is ideal for professionals with advanced Excel expertise, strong analytical skills, and experience in data reporting and business analysis.

• Develop and maintain advanced Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Create Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, Dashboards, and Data Analysis Reports.
• Use VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and other advanced formulas.
• Analyze large datasets and generate accurate business reports.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Prepare reports for project management and decision-making.
• Automate repetitive tasks using Excel functions and tools where applicable.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with project teams to support reporting requirements.

✅ Bachelor's Degree (Graduate).
✅ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
✅ Strong skills in:

• Pivot Tables
• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• Advanced Excel Formulas
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Excel Dashboards
• Data Management

✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✅ High attention to detail and accuracy.
✅ Good English communication skills.
✅ Transferable Article 18 visa is mandatory.
✅ Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
