Urgent Hiring – Experienced Quantity Surveyor
Enshaat Al Sayer is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its project team in Kuwait. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with extensive experience in construction, engineering, or oil & gas projects.
Job Responsibilities- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from engineering drawings.
- Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and detailed cost estimates.
- Prepare and verify interim payment certificates.
- Measure, value, and certify completed work.
- Evaluate and process variation orders and claims.
- Monitor project costs and prepare cost control reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Administer contracts in accordance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and commercial records.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Experience in the construction, engineering, or oil & gas industry is preferred.

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Must be currently available in Kuwait with a valid transferable visa.
