Urgent Hiring: Experienced MEP Supervisor in Kuwait
A reputable company in Fahaheel, Kuwait is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience managing MEP projects and maintenance activities.
Job Responsibilities- Supervise daily Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works.
- Coordinate and monitor site activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Inspect installation, maintenance, and repair works for quality compliance.
- Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth site operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to supervise multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Transferable Kuwait visa is mandatory.
- Candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred.
- Experience in facilities management, maintenance, or construction projects.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
