Urgent Hiring – Male Spa Receptionist
ABC Company is looking for a professional and customer-focused Male Spa Receptionist to join its team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, previous spa or hospitality experience, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities- Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional first impression.
- Handle customer appointments, bookings, and cancellations.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries.
- Assist clients with spa services, packages, and promotions.
- Process payments and operate the billing/POS system.
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client concerns professionally.
- Male candidates only.
- All nationalities except Arabs.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Receptionist, Receptionist, or in the hospitality industry.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Transferable Article 18 (Ahli) Visa is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
