Position: Logistics Coordinator
Hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage import/export shipments, customs clearance, and coordination between suppliers, transporters, and the warehouse team. The role ensures timely delivery, accurate documentation, and smooth movement of goods.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate import and export shipments and monitor transit timelines.
Prepare and manage shipping documents including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
Handle customs clearance documentation and follow up with clearance agents.
Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse staff to schedule pickups and deliveries.
Track shipments and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Maintain logistics and shipment records and prepare basic reports.
Assist with resolving shipment discrepancies and claims.
Experience: Practical experience in logistics, customs clearance, or supply chain operations.
Skills: Good communication in English and proficiency in MS Office.
Attributes: Organized, detail oriented, and able to follow up with multiple parties.
Other: Familiarity with local customs procedures and shipping documentation preferred.
