We are currently seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Logistics Coordinator to join our freight forwarding operations team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in import, export, and customs clearance processes, along with a solid background in logistics and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage logistics and freight forwarding operations
- Handle import, export, and customs clearance procedures
- Liaise with customs clearance agents, shipping carriers, and stakeholders
- Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and clearance documentation
- Track shipments and proactively resolve operational issues
- Support smooth communication between departments and external partners
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations
- Working knowledge of customs clearance regulations and procedures
- Familiarity with import/export documentation and shipping processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to document workflows and share operational knowledge effectively
- Minimum 10 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics companies
- Background in logistics operations and sales support
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Execution-driven and detail-oriented
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong team player with excellent coordination skills
