Role Summary

Creative and detail‑oriented Landscape Designer needed to develop landscape concepts, produce technical drawings and presentations, and oversee implementation from design through handover. The role involves client coordination, site visits, and ensuring projects meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop landscape design concepts and master plans.

• Prepare drawings, layouts, and presentations including planting plans, hardscape details, and construction documentation.

• Select plants, materials, and outdoor features suited to site conditions and client preferences.

• Conduct site visits for surveys, supervision, and quality control during implementation.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Manage project timelines and budgets and ensure compliance with specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field.

• Proven experience in landscape design projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar software.

• Strong creativity, presentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and supervise site works.

• Valid driving license preferred for site visits.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in residential and commercial landscaping projects.

• Knowledge of local plants and environmental conditions in Kuwait.

• Portfolio demonstrating concept development through to implemented projects.
