• Receive and answer customer phone calls professionally.
• Take customer orders and provide product information.
• Handle customer inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate orders with shop staff and delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate order details and customer information.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support daily shop communication activities.
