We are currently looking for a smart, proactive, and customer-focused IT Technical Support Executive to join our team in Kuwait. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with hands-on IT support experience who are passionate about technology and customer service.
Role OverviewThe IT Technical Support Executive will be responsible for installing and supporting POS systems, assisting clients with technical issues, and ensuring smooth system operation at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities- Install and configure POS (Point of Sale) systems at customer sites
- Provide end-user training on system usage and basic operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic:
- Hardware issues
- Software issues
- Network-related issues
- Deliver prompt and professional technical support
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Support system maintenance and updates when required
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue escalation
- Minimum 1 year of IT experience in Kuwait
- Basic knowledge of:
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Networking concepts
- POS systems (preferred)
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field tasks efficiently
- Professional attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ready for immediate joining
