A leading GCC company based in Kuwait is currently seeking a qualified and experienced HR Generalist to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals looking to grow within a structured and dynamic organization.
Location:Kuwait City
Working Details:- Working Days: 5 days per week
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
KWD 600 – 650 (based on experience and qualifications)
Role Overview:The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting various HR functions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Requirements:- 3–5 years of experience across core HR functions, including:
- Payroll processing
- Recruitment and onboarding
- HR administration and daily operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures
- Good understanding of labor laws and compliance
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ready-to-join candidates are highly preferred
- Manage recruitment and selection processes
- Support and coordinate payroll activities
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and records
- Provide support in employee relations and HR operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Assist in maintaining HR systems and reporting
