Head Chef (Male)
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare and oversee the production of savory dishes, burgers, sandwiches, and healthy diet meals.
- Develop menus and maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
- Manage kitchen staff, assign duties, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor inventory, food costs, and kitchen supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen team members.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency in the kitchen.
- Control food waste and maintain cost-effective kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with management to improve menu offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Male candidate preferred.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Kitchen Manager.
- Strong expertise in savory cuisine, burgers, sandwiches, and diet meal preparation.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume kitchen operations under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
