A leading trading and engineering company in Kuwait is expanding its team and is looking for qualified, motivated, and results-driven professionals to join across multiple technical and business roles.
Electrical Engineer (M/F)Key Responsibilities:- Review project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements
- Prepare technical submittals, material approvals, and documentation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project execution and ensure compliance with standards
- Support procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering solutions
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in electrical projects/contracting (GCC preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and specifications
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Review tender documents, drawings, and technical requirements
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, proposals, and quotations
- Coordinate with international manufacturers and suppliers
- Prepare technical submittals and compliance documents
- Attend client meetings and technical discussions
- Support tender submissions and follow up on project opportunities
- Identify technical risks and gaps during bidding stages
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, estimation, or system integration (GCC preferred)
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and diagrams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Develop business opportunities for:
- CCTV
- Access Control
- Structured Cabling
- Intrusion Systems
- PA & AV Systems
- Review tenders, designs, and specifications
- Prepare BOQs, system designs, and technical proposals
- Coordinate with manufacturers for product selection and compliance
- Conduct presentations, site visits, and technical discussions
- Follow up on bids until project award
- Identify risks and ensure successful project execution
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years of ELV experience (sales/pre-sales/system integration in GCC)
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems and tendering processes
- Excellent client handling and communication skills
- Develop logistics business across:
- Freight forwarding
- Transportation
- Warehousing
- Customs clearance
- Generate new leads through sales, networking, and market research
- Manage full sales cycle (lead → deal closure)
- Build strong relationships with clients and logistics partners
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing solutions
- Coordinate with operations to ensure service delivery
- Track market trends and competitor activity
- Achieve sales targets and maintain client retention
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- 3–5 years of logistics sales experience (GCC preferred)
- Strong industry network is an advantage
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Currently residing in Kuwait
- Transferable Visa (Article 18 – mandatory)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
