Job Vacancy: Delivery Supervisor Required

UPS Delivery Co. – Kuwait is hiring an experienced Delivery Supervisor to manage delivery operations and supervise riders across Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in delivery or logistics operations.

• Supervise and manage delivery riders.
• Monitor daily shifts, attendance, and rider performance.
• Ensure riders complete assigned orders and daily targets.
• Manage rider zones and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with operations teams and delivery platforms.
• Handle rider complaints and provide quick solutions.
• Prepare daily performance reports.
• Maintain company policies and safety standards.
• Support smooth delivery operations.

• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or rider supervision preferred.
• Good knowledge of Kuwait delivery operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Google Sheets
  • Reporting systems
• Ability to manage a large rider team.
• Flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Immediate joining preferred.
• Article 18 Transferable Visa required.

• Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
• Weekly Off: 1 day
• Salary: KD 150 – 200
• Attractive salary package based on performance.
