Café Manager / Supervisor / Assistant Manager Required
Job Description
A reputed café and food business in Kuwait is looking for experienced and motivated candidates to join their team. Candidates must have relevant café, bakery, or restaurant management experience and be ready to join immediately.
Employment Details:
- Regular Company Visa
- Working Hours: 9 Hours per day
- Working Days: 6 Days per week
- Immediate Joining Required
Locations: Abu Hasaniya & Mubarakiya
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Café Manager, Café Supervisor, or promoted from Barista to Manager
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and café operations
- Experience in coffee machine calibration and coffee beans
- Ability to manage complete café operations
- Valid Kuwait Driving License required
- Own car required to manage two branches
Location: Mansouriya (Near Kuwait City)
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in bakery or pastry shop operations
- Experience in supplier coordination and inventory management
- Knowledge of Talabat/Deliveroo operations
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage daily shop activities efficiently
Location: Funaitees
Salary: 300–350 KD + Benefits as per Kuwait Labor Law
