Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp.
- Assist customers with orders and provide product information.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build customer relationships.
- Support sales activities and achieve performance targets.
- Handle basic computer and WhatsApp-based administrative tasks.
- Young, energetic, and motivated candidates.
- Bilingual in English and Arabic.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp handling knowledge.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage.
- Candidates currently residing in Kuwait.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- 1st Month: Salary + Attractive Commission.
- After Probation: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives.
