Waiter / Waitress Required in Kuwait

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and professional Waiters and Waitresses to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced dining environment.

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming dining experience, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit.

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and provide information about dishes, beverages, and specials
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them correctly into the system
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining service standards
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set at all times
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service
• Process bills and payments when required
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
• Contribute to a positive and memorable customer experience

 1–3 years of experience in:

• Restaurants
• Cafés
• Hotels
• Hospitality establishments

 Experience in premium or branded restaurants is preferred

 High School Diploma or equivalent

 Diploma or Certification in:

• Hospitality Management
• Hotel Management
• Food & Beverage Service (an advantage)

 Customer service or F&B service training preferred

 Candidates who have attended TAJ Training Programs or completed internships in premium restaurant brands will be highly preferred

 Presentable appearance and professional attitude

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills

 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

 Excellent teamwork and customer service abilities

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Additional languages, including Arabic, are an advantage

 Friendly and outgoing personality
 Strong attention to detail
 Positive attitude and willingness to learn
 Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
 Ability to work flexible shifts
