Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Present menus, explain dishes, beverages, and daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests promptly.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Waiter, Waitress, Restaurant Server, or F&B Service Staff.
- Previous experience in a Lifestyle Restaurant, Fine Dining, or Luxury Hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food, beverages, menu presentation, and service etiquette.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Candidates currently residing in Kuwait.

- Experience in international restaurants or hotels is an advantage.
