A newly opening hotel in Kuwait is urgently looking for experienced Tiffins, Parota & Biryani Master Cooks. If you have expertise in South Indian cuisine, tiffin preparation, parota making, and biryani cooking, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic South Indian tiffins, parotas, and biryanis.
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage daily kitchen operations efficiently.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service.
- Proven experience as a Tiffin Master, Parota Master, or Biryani Master Cook.
- Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and traditional cooking methods.
- Ability to prepare large quantities of food while maintaining quality.
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Transferable Residency (Article 18) is required.
- Candidates currently residing in Kuwait.
- Holders of Transferable Visa 18 (Article 18).
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Experience in hotels or restaurants is an advantage.
