Technician – PCP (Progressive Cavity Pump) Job in Kuwait

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced PCP Technician to join our team for oil & gas operations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Progressive Cavity Pump (PCP) systems and maintenance.

Technician – PCP (Progressive Cavity Pump)

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile or equivalent)
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in oilfield or mechanical maintenance
• Strong knowledge of PCP systems and oilfield equipment
• Ability to perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks independently
• Familiarity with oilfield operational and safety standards
• Good understanding of HSE practices

• Perform installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of PCP equipment
• Handle and maintain oilfield tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, especially for drive heads
• Inspect and replace key components such as:
  • Rotor
  • Stator
  • Drive head
• Identify and resolve mechanical issues in PCP systems
• Follow operational procedures aligned with oil & gas standards
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and operational activities
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and Permit to Work (PTW) procedures
• Participate in safety meetings, inspections, and risk assessments
