Structural Engineer Required in Kuwait

Location: Kuwait
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in structural design, construction supervision, and project coordination, with the ability to manage technical requirements from design through execution.

• Prepare and review structural designs, calculations, and technical drawings
• Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and safety requirements
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams
• Review structural shop drawings and material submittals
• Monitor project progress and provide technical support during construction
• Identify and resolve structural and site-related issues
• Prepare technical reports and maintain project documentation

 Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering

 Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:

• Structural design
• Site supervision
• Construction projects

 Membership in the Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) (if applicable)

 Proficiency in:

• Structural design software
• AutoCAD
• Microsoft Office applications

 Strong knowledge of structural analysis and construction methods

 Experience in:

• Site inspections
• Quality control
• Project coordination
• Multidisciplinary team collaboration

 Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

 Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects

 Familiarity with international design codes and standards

 Ability to manage multiple project responsibilities and deadlines
