Role Overview:The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor and review sales performance and profitability in coordination with the finance team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business growth
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity
- Open to all nationalities
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in FMCG, logistics, or delivery services)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-oriented with a self-motivated and proactive attitude
