• Provide guidance and counselling to support students’ emotional and social development
• Assist students in overcoming academic and personal challenges
• Identify and address behavioral or well-being concerns
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and school management
• Promote a positive and supportive learning environment

• Proven experience in school counselling is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to support and guide students effectively
• Professional, empathetic, and approachable personality
• Candidates must be currently based in Kuwait (local hiring only)
