Restaurant Manager Required in Kuwait
Location: Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership, financial acumen, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards
- Lead, train, and manage a diverse team of kitchen and service staff
- Monitor and control budgets, costs, and financial performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
- Operate and manage POS systems and restaurant management tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in fine dining or casual dining establishments
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Solid knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service excellence
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software
- Salary: Up to 700 KWD (based on qualifications and experience)
- Duty Meal Provided
- Annual Leave: 30 days paid leave
- Working Hours: 9 hours/day (including 1-hour break)
- Working Days: 6 days per week
