• Lead and oversee all daily restaurant operations
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service quality
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and restaurant presentation
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards

• Manage, motivate, and develop front-of-house teams
• Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations
• Prepare staff schedules and oversee manpower planning
• Foster a positive and productive team culture

• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Build strong relationships with guests and encourage customer loyalty
• Ensure consistent delivery of outstanding hospitality experiences

• Drive sales growth and profitability through effective operational strategies
• Monitor sales performance and analyze business trends
• Implement initiatives to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction
• Coordinate promotions, events, and marketing activities with relevant departments

• Monitor operating expenses and controllable costs
• Oversee inventory levels and stock management
• Ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining service quality

• Ensure adherence to food safety and health regulations
• Maintain compliance with company policies and hospitality standards
• Conduct regular operational reviews and quality checks

 Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role

 Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred

 Strong leadership and team management skills

 Excellent communication and customer service abilities

 Experience managing operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment

 Strong business acumen with proven experience in:
