Hiring: Experienced Quantity Surveyor in Kuwait
Enshaat Al Sayer is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Ahmadi, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in construction or oil and gas projects, with knowledge of cost estimation, quantity measurements, and project documentation.
Job Responsibilities- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project measurements.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Prepare and evaluate BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Monitor project costs and identify variations.
- Support contract administration and commercial activities.
- Prepare progress reports and cost-related documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure accurate quantity calculations and project cost control.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction or oil & gas industry.
- Previous KOC project experience with approval will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, and cost control.
- Good understanding of construction contracts and project documentation.
- Must be currently available in Kuwait.
- Valid transferable Kuwait visa required.
