Hiring – Quantity Surveyor / Estimator Required in Kuwait
A growing construction company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with strong knowledge of tender estimation, BOQ preparation, costing, and contract works.
Job Responsibilities:- Prepare tender estimations and cost calculations.
- Perform quantity take-offs using AutoCAD drawings.
- Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Analyze project costs and prepare accurate estimates.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Support tender submissions and commercial evaluations.
- Coordinate with project teams and suppliers when required.
- Maintain accurate estimation records and documentation.
✅ Experience in Tender Estimation required.
✅ Strong AutoCAD skills for quantity take-offs.
✅ Good knowledge of:
- BOQ preparation
- Costing
- Contract knowledge
- Construction estimation
✅ Strong analytical and organizational skills.
✅ Relevant construction industry experience preferred.
✅ Ability to work accurately under deadlines.
