Job Vacancy: Planning Engineer (Electrical)

A leading company in Kuwait is urgently looking for an experienced Planning Engineer (Electrical) with strong project planning and scheduling experience. Candidates with KOC project experience and immediate availability are preferred.

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, and execution timelines.
• Track EPC project activities and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project teams.
• Prepare progress updates, planning reports, and performance analysis.
• Identify project delays and support corrective action plans.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory experience in KOC projects.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and project scheduling.
• Experience in EPC projects, progress monitoring, and resource planning.
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
• Immediate joining availability preferred.
• Local candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred.
